Dr. Sherman

with subspecialty fellowship training in retina. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Sherman attended New York University where he completed his undergraduate work and Medical school training. He served his Residency and Internship training at New York Medical School and Queens General Hospital in New York.

Dr. Sherman served in the United States Army, earning the rank of Major and Chief in Ophthalmology. He is affiliated with the following hospitals; Parkway Medical Center, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and North Miami Beach Surgical Center.

His Professional associations and memberships include the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, Florida Medical Association, Dade County Medical Association, and The Miami Ophthalmology Association. In addition of the sub-specialty of Retina, Dr. Sherman also performs Upper Lid Blepharoplasty in the office.
